  • Themes are various and may vary over time, including 4K photos, illustrations, superheroes, and more. Customization is not available yet, but you can send special requests to hello@unrealme.io.
• What are the resolutions of images I will receive?
  • Your generated images are all 512*512px, jpeg images.
• How will the photos look like me? If I don't like the result, can I try again?
  • Results depend highly on the photos you sent. Usually, about 70% of pictures generated look like you.
    • If you have long hair on most of the photos, the AI will output mostly long hair photos.
    • If you always wear a bow tie on the photos, you'll highly likely have pictures of yourself with a bow tie.
  • AI costs are expensive, and refunds are not possible if the error is on your side.
• How long does it take to get my generated images?
  • It usually takes a few hours. If you haven't received your images after 24 hours, contact hello@unrealme.io.
• I didn't receive my result / email to upload photo.
  • Check your spam folder. If you still don't have anything, write to hello@unrealme.io.
• Can I get my .ckpt file after images generation?
  • Yes, only if you ask for it within 7 days after you receive your images. Contact hello@unrealme.io.
• How will you use my photos?
  • Your photos will only be used to generate your images. The originals are deleted immediately after generation is finished. Generated images are deleted after 30 days, but you can request deletion before then by emailing hello@unrealme.io.
