How does SkimIt.ai work?
The process is straightforward:
- Find an article: Locate an article you want to summarize.
- Share the link: Click the share icon in your browser and email the article link to
go@skimit.ai. - Receive the summary: Within approximately 10 minutes, you will receive an email containing an AI-generated summary of the article.
The subject line of your email doesn't matter, but the article link should be the first URL in the body of the email.

A: SkimIt.ai reads the first URL link in the body of your email. The subject, other content, and signature do not matter.
Q: Is the AI-generated content accurate? Can I rely on it?

Q: How do you store my data?
A: SkimIt.ai retains the email address that sent the request, any CC'd email addresses, and the first URL sent within the email. No other content within the emails is retained.
